What Is BCAA (2:1:1)?
Branched Chain Amino Acids or BCAA Powder are a mixture of the three essential amino acids: Leucine, Isoleucine and Valine. Our BCAAs are in a ratio of (2) Leucine, (1) Isoleucine, and (1) Valine. This ratio has the most scientific backing.

When leaning up for competition, bodybuilders and muscle models may employ the tactic of fasted walking to directly target fat cells. This involves walking for 30 – 45 minutes before they eat their first meal each day. To prevent their muscles from going into a catabolic state, they will consume BCAAs before the walk.
The highest dose of pure protein and the lowest amount of carbohydrates and fats. Perfect for post-workout or adding to smoothies for an extra protein boost.
Ingredients
Whey Protein Isolate, Natural Vanilla Bean Flavour, Natural Flavouring, Organic Stevia.
ALLERGENS – Contains milk and less than 1% soy lecithin (as instantiser for easy mixability). Packed under HACCP conditions in a facility that also packs dairy, nuts and dried fruit.
How to use
Mix one heaped scoop with 250-300ml of water and shake vigorously. Ideally taken post-workout and/or as a snack. Add less or more water to perfect individual sweetness.
Store in a cool dry place, out of direct sunlight.
